Indoor cycling (også kendt som SPINNING) giver garanti for sved på panden. Timerne på cykel er effektive for dit kredsløb, et godt supplement til styrketræning. Indoor Cycling foregår på særligt designede motioncykler, hvor man selv kan regulere modstanden. Som første gang tilmeldt bedes du møde 10 min. før, for intro og indstilling af cykel.
